| Despite its age, the venerable Manticore is still faster than most allied craft save the Horus. With excellent shielding, and improved weaponry thanks to new ballistic weaponry, it is as potent a threat as it was during the Great War. Like the other Shivan fighters, the Manticore suffers from the Shivan fighter's one great weakness, a reliance on shields. A defense, which can be circumvented by new Minerva AAA beams found on many allied vessels. |
