Developed and fielded solely by the Regess' forces, the Gosu is the mecha
of choice for the fifth stage humanoid Invid. The Gosu is fast, deadly accurate and heavily
armoured with enough thrust to fight both effectively in an atmosphere as well as space.
Its main weaponry is a handheld plasma rifle which can punch through friendly mecha armour
with ease, it also can be fired at a higher rate than most weapons. The Gosu also mounts a
rear-facing laser cannon for defence. In supplement to the plasma rifle are several banks of
deadly short-ranged missiles, enough to last for prolonged engagements. The Gosu is a deadly
effective mecha, but it suffers from being too short-ranged. Allied pilots are advised
to engage the Gosu with long range missiles while keeping their distance. Evidence suggests
that a second model of the Gosu has been produced, which adds additional small missiles
to a weapons pod on the mecha's wrist, this model should be dealt with the same way.
